What is the standard cancellation policy?
If you cancel before 9/1: we offer a full refund less $175 processing fee. If you cancel after 9/1: no refunds will be granted.
What safety precautions are you taking in light of COVID-19?
We will follow all local, state, and federal guidelines for Covid-19 at the time of the conference. At this time, there are no restrictions. We also ask all attendees that if they do not feel well or show any symptoms of COVID-19 including but not limited to running a fever or any respiratory symptoms such as shortness of breath or cough, to please refrain from attending our seminar.
What if the event cannot be held at all whether in-person or virtual?
We understand there may be circumstances out of our control that could bar us from holding this event in Hawaii and possibly virtually. If we cannot hold an in-person seminar, we will pivot to a virtual-only event. If we cannot hold an event virtually, In that case, we would notify attendees of alternative options which include a full refund (less credit card processing fee) - no questions asked.
If the in-person seminar is cancelled, will there be a virtual event?
No, we do not offer a virtual component.
