Guidance has slowed for SECURE 2.0 changes and almost all of the provisions are now effective. We'll discuss practical solutions for issues with limited or no guidance. We will also review agency guidance along with interesting court decisions.

Beyond the Numbers: Making Sense of Coverage Testing. It's the first step in annual discrimination testing. Gain a solid understanding of how to apply and navigate coverage rules and testing. This session will provide a framework for completing coverage testing and addressing potential issues (either proactively or reactively).

12:20PM - How to Train Your Dragon (Plan Sponsor): Fiduciary Committee Best Practices.
They may not be able to spell fiduciary, but plan sponsors should know what it means, how to comply and consequences if they don't. In this session, we break down what it means in plain English to "act with the care, skill, prudence, and diligence under the circumstances then prevailing that a prudent person acting in a like capacity and familiar with such retirement plan matters would use."
